3. Account registration
To use our paid services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
4. Fees and payment
Service fees are charged at checkout. State filing fees are passed through directly. Recurring services renew automatically until you cancel.
5. Refund policy
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on our service fees. State filing fees are non-refundable once submitted to the state.
6. Limitation of liability
StartBrandz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
