If you’re not satisfied with your StartBrandz service in the first 60 days, we’ll refund our service fees. State filing fees are non-refundable once submitted to your Secretary of State.

How to request a refund

Email refunds@startbrandz.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel any active subscription (registered agent, virtual address, etc.) from your dashboard at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
